PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE COLORING YOUR EXTENSIONS:
We are not color specialists and cannot advise you on coloring your extensions. However, in our experience with Glam Luxury hair extensions, we do not recommend coloring extensions beyond a Level 9. We recommend you always consult with a licensed professional who specializes in coloring hair to achieve the results you want. Also note, multiple coloring processes and coloring to blonde/white will compromise the integrity of the hair extensions, which can cause dryness and shedding. We are not liable, nor responsible for altered hair extensions. We do not offer refunds, nor exchanges once hair has been altered in any manner (i.e. colored, cut, etc.).
RETURN POLICY:
We will only accept unworn hair extensions in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of delivery. All black hair ties/elastic must still be attached/uncut and extensions must be unaltered. We will NOT accept altered extensions, extensions with broken hair ties nor extensions with cut or missing elastic.
You will be reimbursed the cost of the item(s) at the time of purchase and any sales tax paid for the item(s). You will not be reimbursed any shipping costs or associated shipping taxes.
Please contact us at info@glamherhair.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please note, all returns are subject to $15 restock fee.
We will not give refunds nor credits for:
1. Returning hair extensions with black ties/elastic cut/unattached
2. Returning used or altered hair extensions
3. Returning FINAL SALE items
NOTE: Failure to adhere to our return policy will result in your return being denied and the item will be discarded.
Shipping:
Yes, we do ship to most places! Your tracking information will be sent when your order is on the way. Please keep in mind, shipping delays are beyond our control so keep your tracking information handy. We are not responsible for delays that may occur within the shipping carriers network.
Unsuccessful Delivery: If your package is returned to us because you were unavailable to receive it OR you didn't pick it up from the carrier after maximum amount of delivery attempts, there will be a $15 restock fee charged and you will not be reimbursed for shipping or shipping taxes.
